Installation Guide Teams

Follow the steps below to successfully install Easy Mobile Connect in your tenant

Please follow the installation guidelines to enable Easy Mobile Connect in your organization. Easy Mobile Connect can be installed individually per App Package or distributed through the Teams Admin Center (recommend).

Please note that you need an administrator providing consent for Easy Connect Mobile to be installed successfully.

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. After you have purchased the eSIM's from us TwinCap First, you can start with the installation in Microsoft Teams

  2. First check in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center whether the "Extend" application has been released for all employees. If not, then release it. (Changes to the global authorization can take several days to be made)

  1. After the "Extend" application has been released, you must install it in the Microsoft Teams of the desired user. To do this, navigate to the "Apps" and search for the "Extend" application and add it

  1. After the "Extend" application has been successfully installed, it is now checked whether the application complies with the company guidelines

  2. Once the application complies with the business guidelines, you will be asked to view and accept the Terms

  1. After you have accepted the guidelines, you will see the following window. First copy the displayed code and open the displayed link

  1. As soon as you have opened the link, you will be asked to enter the copied code.

  1. After the authentication was successful you will receive the following message. You can then navigate back to Microsoft Teams and open the "Extend" application there

  1. You will now be asked to scan the QR code with your smartphone
